Grace in her movement glides,
Beauty from her core shines.
No longer time that bides,
The timid love not finds.

With smiles she eclipses the sun,
Perfection beautifully flawed.
Courage mustered was won,
A frozen heart thawed.

Effort was made,
I took the chance,
Failure the outcome,
In search for the dance.

But what we don’t do haunts us,
Because in ourselves we lose trust.
Pain is the consequence,
When we stop doing what we must.

Joy comes from the listening,
To that boiling from deep inside.
Then regret has no claim,
And from that comes pride.
